Zones issued for:  Eastern half of North Carolina.

Discussion:  The same system that brought tornadoes to the Central United States over the last couple of days will continue moving eastward.  Within it, strong instability developing within the watch zone will be present.  This, along with a sea breeze convergence zone will pop severe thunderstorms in the watch area by the noon hour, and it will move from west to east across the watch zone.

Addition severe storms will form in the evening for the watch area, mainly focusing to parts of Southeast North Carolina.

Storms today will be capable of large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes.
